To assist us with management of bug reports and new feature requests, we've set up a public bug and feature tracking system which maintains a master list of all the known bugs in any of our products. We also would like to use it to track new feature requests in our products, to help us prioritise the upcoming feature lists.
All users of Pepys or myRSS are welcome to sign up for an account in the bug and feature tracking system and use it to report information about problems they may be experiencing with either product. Please provide as much information as possible when reporting a problem - this will help us find the cause and produce a fix as quickly as possible.
