All users of Pepys are welcome to join the pepys-users discussion list to share problems and solutions with other users. Use the form on the right to join the discussion list.
For those users with more technical knowledge, we maintain a bug and feature tracking database. Please use this system to report bugs in any of our products or to request new features (although posting a message to one of our mailing lists gives us all the opportunity to dicuss any proposed new features.)
Support Contracts
All registered users of Pepys are entitled to free email support. Comprehensive support contracts including phone support and emergency patches are available. Please email us for more details.
